Humanoid robots can be used as an assistant in education to provide students with opportunities to do homework, study and learn information. These robots often rely on technologies such as artificial intelligence and voice or visual processing and provide interactive teaching to students. They can also help understand the interests and tendencies of students and provide them with appropriate learning materials. However, it is important to note that while humanoid robots can enhance the educational experience, they are not a substitute for human teachers and may have limitations in their ability to provide personalized attention and support to each student.
The Robot Cooperation project is an Erasmus+ project supported by the European Union for the use of humanoid pepper robots in lessons. At an international event held at Gazi University, the dissemination and promotion activity of the Robot Cooperation project was carried out by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Adem Tekerek and Made by Rsc. Ass. Dr. Birnaz Kanbur on 13.12.2022.
A total of 256 people from Turkey, Bulgaria, Austria, Slovenia and Belgium participated in the event.
